Terms of service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the person or organization operating the ExamOps deployment ("ExamOps", "we", "us"). The current operator is identified through the support link in section 13. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What ExamOps is
ExamOps is an independent study platform for information-technology certification exams. We provide original practice questions, written explanations, timed practice forms, and progress tracking.
2. No guarantee of exam results
We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam, achieve any score, or obtain any job or salary outcome. Our questions are written to the published exam objectives, but exam content is controlled by the certifying body and changes without notice. Raw practice accuracy and domain reports are study feedback, not an official scaled score or a prediction of your live-exam result.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to hold an account.
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- An account is for one person. Do not share your login, and do not let others use your access. Accounts showing sharing may be suspended.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Operator — $9.99 USD per month, renewing until you cancel.
- Command — $59.99 USD once, for lifetime access to this exam and future exam tracks we release.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that we are required to collect. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled; we will give notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.
"Lifetime" in the Command plan means the operational lifetime of the ExamOps service, not your natural life. If we discontinue the service entirely, section 9 applies.
5. What you may do with our content
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our questions, explanations, and study material for your own exam preparation, for as long as your plan is active.
You may not:
- Copy, republish, sell, share, or redistribute our questions or explanations, in whole or in part, in any medium — including posting them to forums, dumps sites, chat groups, or AI training datasets.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract content from the service.
- Use automated tools to access the service, or attempt to bypass rate or usage limits.
- Reverse engineer the service or attempt to obtain answer keys other than by answering questions normally.
- Resell or provide access to the service as part of your own product or training offering without our written agreement.
All content remains our property or that of our licensors. Breach of this section may result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Exam integrity
Our questions are original material written to the public exam objectives. We do not publish, solicit, or knowingly host real exam items. Do not send us content taken from a live exam. Sharing actual exam content violates the certifying body's candidate agreement and can invalidate your certification — it is not something we will help with.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may modify features, add or remove exam tracks, and perform maintenance. We may correct, revise, or retire questions at any time — including ones you have already seen.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or another user's data, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that put the service or its users at risk.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and, for unexpired paid access, provide a pro-rata refund or equivalent remedy where required by law. Some billing records survive account closure; see the Privacy policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including exam fees, lost income, or lost opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers, statutory rights that apply regardless of what this agreement says.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. The terms in force for a purchase are those published when the purchase was made.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws where the ExamOps operator is established. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes a consumer's right to rely on mandatory protections or bring proceedings where their local law permits.
